If you are looking for caution when you mining, the AMD RX480 is better than the GTX1080.
GTX 1080 x2 = 39MH / s
RX 480 4GB x1 = 27MH / s

In addition, GPU mining does not require much RAM.
GPU RAM is used for mining, so you do not need to increase it.
I eat about 2 ~ 4GB per 1 slot, so if you purchase more than 4GB of graphics card, it is a waste.
